Regular Public Event Tuition and Refund Policy:

Please read the following carefully:

By submitting a payment to any Northwest Natura (NWN) event, you agree to the following terms. It is your responsibility to read these terms before checkout.

• Refunds: All event registration purchases are final.

• Tuition Credit Award: If notice of your need to cancel your attendance is given 5 or more days in advance, you are entitled to class credit (in the amount you paid) to be applied toward a future NWN course (credit cannot be applied to collaboration courses such as with Firecraft Northwest, Mark Thompson, or Madelaine Katz).

• The same credit cannot be transferred if you cancel a second time.

• Credit, including personalized discount codes, will expire at the end of the calendar year.

• “Last minute cancellation” is cancelling your attendance within 4 days of the event. NWN will not offer credit for last minute cancellations due to the low chances of finding a replacement.

• You may sell your ticket to someone else if you decide you cannot attend the course, but you are entirely responsible for completing this action.
