Learn traditional and modern uses for plants and fungi we find.

Dress for the weather

Waterproof or water-resistant footwear
You may also want to bring:
A notebook and pen
DSLR camera
Extra layers, gloves, beanie, etc.
Your favorite field guide (plants, lichens, ferns, moss, wildlife)
Additional Information
The majority of the class will be spent stopped along a trail or inside the forest looking at and learning about plants, mushrooms, and wildlife at Silver Lake.
